\u00e2\u20ac\u0153WALK WORTHY OF THE LORD\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n

Colossians 1:10 is part of Paul\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s prayer for the Colossian believers.
When we walk worthy of the Lord we fulfill two things:<\/p>\n

1. We live (or walk) to please<\/strong><\/em> the Lord.<\/p>\n

Jesus said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I do those things that please the Father.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d This was most clearly seen in His obedience to God\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s will for His life. (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Not my will, but Thine be done.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d)
Jeremiah 7:23 says,\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n

2. We live to up our potential<\/em><\/strong> in the Lord.<\/p>\n

—\u00e2\u20ac\u0153being fruitful in every good work<\/em>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Every woman wants to be productive and effective. This is the key. As we live to please our Heavenly Father, He fills in the gaps of our inadequacies and miraculously energizes our work with goodness and fruitfulness. There is no human explanation for this phenomenon.<\/p>\n

—\u00e2\u20ac\u0153increasing in the knowledge of God<\/em>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d There is nothing greater than to develop and grow in knowing God Himself. Jesus said in John 17:3, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153This is life eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/p>\n

When we walk with the Lord, in the light of His Word, what a glory He sheds on our way. When we do His good will, He abides with us still\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Trust and Obey\u00e2\u20ac\u009d)<\/p>\n
