On a personal level, I am presently leading a Thursday afternoon Bible study at my church.\u00a0 My years of writing devotionals have helped me dig deeper into the Word. This has been helpful as I work on preparing lessons. I pray my health won’t hinder me from anything I try to do for the Lord.<\/p>\n
Most people aren’t aware that my daughter is battling stage four pancreatic and liver cancer.\u00a0 Our Treasure studies this year, especially the ones this fall, have helped me tremendously.\u00a0 I still believe in miracles. I’m praying He has one for my daughter.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I continue to use writing as a ministry.\u00a0 I send out monthly letters to members of my church who are shut-ins or who reside in nursing homes. I still write poetry which tends to inspire me first. After forty years, I hope God will continue to use me to write for Him.<\/p>\n
