Don’t Be Afraid
Isaiah 41:10 “Fear thou not; for I am with thee; be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.â€
So many things cause us fear these days. It might be a doctors visit, a loved one in the armed services, a sick child, money matters, moving to a new church, a mission account, a backslidden loved one, a medical test, school, the weather, world issues, retirement, preparing a talk for a woman’s group, our lives, our health or insert your personal fears here. Because we, today, are going to turn our fears over to the Lord. Today’s Scripture is so full of promise. Know that God always keeps His promises. Don’t be afraid; the Lord is there to help us.
