The Serpent Lied

“And the serpent said unto the woman, ye shall not surely die” (Genesis 3:5).

Satan’s lies began in the Garden of Eden when he spoke to Eve in the form of a serpent. Obviously she didn’t seem to be as afraid of him as I would have been.  Their conversation would have an impact on all mankind.  If Satan can entice us to disobey God, he has us right where he wants us. It becomes a progressive thing.  The more we listen to Satan’s lies, the further we will turn away from God.  Beware of the lies of a deadly “serpent.” Trust and obey God.
