“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).
Strive to be a good workman before God. Do your best so you won’t be ashamed to show Him your work. How will you be able to tell the difference between a lie and the truth if you don’t study God’s Word? Failure to spend time in the Word could set you up for deception. If you desire to be a good workman, you must spend time each day reading the blueprint for life found in the Word.
