Whom Do You Trust?

“What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee”  (Psalm 56:3).

Many times when things in life are working against us, we shouldn’t rely on anyone but God to see us through them.  It’s easy to trust God when life seems to be running smooth.  However, when discouragement overwhelms us we need to remember the same God who helps us during the good times is still there for us.  He is aware of what we face and admonishes us to “fear not.”  We should be grateful “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1).

One Response to Whom Do You Trust?

  1. Michele Donoho says:

Thank you for sharing this information, I have been attacked a great deal latley and God kept speaking to me and saying you don’t need to talk to anyone but me.

I am always one of those people who thinks I have to call on a friend to see if I am doing the right thing instead of just trusting God to lead me with his voice through the Holy Spirit.
