John 5:14
“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, behold thou art made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.â€
Do we have skeletons in our closet? Sure we do, because we have all sinned. This week let’s start dismantling these skeletons and build a defense against temptation, sin and Satan. A great Scripture to start with is Revelation 1:5. “And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood.â€
Today, if there is any sin in our hearts, let us go before the Father and ask Him to forgive us of those sins, then let us experience the clean refreshing feeling of being washed in the blood—a significant start to getting rid of those skeletons in our closets.
