Redeeming Time

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:15-17

Today we set our clocks back one hour. This custom allows most of us to rise during the daylight hours. The reason for this was to help on the use of fuel. If people arose during daylight instead of dark, it would use less energy.

This custom should also remind us not to waste time in other ways. We should be redeeming the time for God and His work. We have a short amount of time so we must use it wisely for God.
