“ He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and his angels” (Revelation 3:5).
As we shine in obedience in our churches, at times we’ll get frustrated or discouraged. We may even have days when we want to give up. However, we can overcome.
Today’s verse should encourage your heart. One day soon, we will be clothed in white raiment.
Because we have overcome, our name will appear in the Book of Life. Last, but certainly least, Jesus will announce to His Father that we belong to Him. Doesn’t that give you great hope? Press on weary pilgrims. For those shining in obedience, the best is yet to come.
