“ Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another” (1 John 4:11).
We have already learned about God’s great love. With heartfelt appreciation for the love He gave and continues to give us, we should be willing to love one another. The People’s New Testament gives us this commentary: “Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. If we are of God, and God so loves us, we must love one another.”
