“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven†(Matthew 5:16).
We should pray each day that we can rise above our circumstances and allow His light to shine through us. You won’t be much of beacon to those who walk in darkness if they can’t see your light. Can others see the light of your good works? If they do, you could be instrumental in helping them find the True Light. The end result is God will be honored and glorified. The latter is why you serve Him so get out in the world and rise and shine!
