“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus†(Acts 4:13).
There are so many things I could say about what happens when a person is saved. That person has turned from sin and the Spirit now lives within. You begin to see their life gradually change. They are developing new habits and changing their way of thinking. Their priorities are changing. However, two of the biggest changes are in their countenance and demeanor. Other people can’t help but notice the change. As children of God, we are different and it shows. What a wonderful testimony it is when others look at us and notice the difference! As we daily commune with God may those around us be drawn to hear our witness and testimony because they see we’ve “been with Jesus.â€
