He Knows Our Needs

“And the Lord God said, It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him” (Genesis 2:18).

Today we look at another attribute of God. He is “omniscient.” This means He is “all-knowing.” In our verse we see how God displayed this trait. God had assigned Adam his responsibilities. He sensed Adam’s loneliness and his need of help to fulfill his tasks. He knew Adam’s needs and knows ours today. The size of your need doesn’t matter. God can take care of it. He knows and understands what you are facing. He stands ready with a plan to bring you through. He knows but wants to hear from you. He is as close as the whisper of His name.
