“For with God nothing shall be impossible†(Luke 1:37).
Another attribute of God is found in the word, “omnipotent.†This means God is “all-powerful.†There is a phrase I cling to found in the words, “God can do anything, but fail.†With God all things are possible because of His almighty power. If you put your trust in God you can eliminate the word impossible from your vocabulary. Today’s verse was connected with the promise of the birth of John the Baptist. Man, in his limited thinking, said this was impossible. God made this promise a reality. Against all odds, have faith in the One who always keeps His promises. God alone is everywhere with all knowledge and power.
