Almost everyone has sung at one time or another. Admittedly, some are better singers than others, but we all sing. We sing with a church choir, a favorite song or even a commercial jingle. My mother has always had a song in her heart. She used to sing all the time. Seven months ago she had two surgical operations at one time. One of the surgeries was to correct a serious condition that rendered her with 50% pulmonary volume. She had been unable to sing for some time. About 3 months into her recovery she announced with glistening eyes and a joyful heart; “I can sing.â€
