“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ who is the image of God, should shine unto them” (2 Corinthians 4:4).
Satan will try anything to keep the sinner’s eyes off the light of the gospel. If he can, more or less, keep a veil over their eyes, then they will be blinded to the love and truth of God. They will continue to walk in darkness. Armed with the power and strength of our omnipotent God, we should use every opportunity to penetrate that darkness. We can be a beacon to the lost. Shine on!
