“We know we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death” (1 John 3:14).
When we are saved, we die to sin and rise to new life in Christ. Our trademark as a Christian should be our love for the brethren. Those who do not love the brethren remain dead in their sins. Where do you stand? Are you known for your love for God and others? Many years ago, someone posed this question, “If you were arrested for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?” Your testimony will live on if you are known for your love.
