“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).
As we strive to stay connected to Him and obediently shine for Him, at some point, we will still veer off the path He has for us. We may stumble and fall. With the wooing of the Holy Spirit, we will be reminded of our verse. He is a God of second chances and stands ready to forgive when He hears the cries of a repentant heart. The Source of our joy and strength not only forgives but He forgets.
