“But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?” (1 John 3:17).
In spite of today’s economy, some of us have more than enough material possessions.
As a child of God, can we see someone in need and not offer to help? What kind of message does our life send if we fail to help? When we lack compassion, we are hurting our testimony.
If the world doesn’t see evidence of God living in us, how will we shine in love?
