Undivided (day 3)

“And some fell among thorns: and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:” (Matt. 13:7).

As we live in this present world, we all have some form of trouble and tribulation to endure. At one time or another cares of this life will come upon us and overwhelm us if we let them. Satan is wise and will use these problems and troubles to try and get us to blame God for what is going on in our lives at the time. He wants us to think God has forsaken us and we should just give up. That is totally false. God is using these troubles to make us better and stronger. We need to draw closer to the Father and not allow the cares and concerns of our lives to choke us. We need to believe God when He said, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” (Prov. 3:5-6). It is so important for us to read and trust God’s Word during tribulation. It is our hope and we are so blessed He has preserved it for us.
