“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life†(John 3:16).
There are no boundaries to God’s love. He loved the whole world. If He hadn’t, He would never have sent His Son to live on this earth. We would not have had a way to escape the penalty for our sin.
He offers the free gift of eternal life to “whosoever.†We should be eternally grateful we have been given the opportunity to put our name in place of the word “whosoever.†In fact, anyone, anywhere can do that as well.
Christ’s earthly mission led Him to die for the sins of the whole world. As we continue to serve Him, let us strive to have a passion for lost souls worldwide.
